GALLERIA TEATRO VECCHIO

The building is the last evidence of the oldest theater in the city of Mestre, Teatro Balbi. It was built in 1778 in neoclassical style by the architect Bernardino Maccaruzzi in the 1811. After years of different performance activites, was closed and converted into a residential building. After restoration, the Galleria Teatro Vecchio has become an high quality urban place that holds retail spaces in the ground floor and upstairs offices and executive spaces.
