The loft is situated into an industrial memory area near the historical centre of Venice. The building is a part of the archaeologycal industry patrimony of the city; in fact the nineteenth-century warehouse was used for the storage of goods like salt, carbon, cattle ecc. that arrived by the fluvial way. The building has a lot of valuable features like hand made brick facade and the roof made by shed structure.
The interior design project is based on emphasize and development the considerable height and depth of the space. The ground floor level is like an open space volume interrupted by cloakroom and bathroom.
The first level is characterized by two big cubes, that contains two bedrooms, apparently suspended over the dining room and living room. The cubes are the pretext to measure the big volume of the construction unit.
