VILLA CECCHINI

The building complex originally was a monastery and was converted in residential complex after the construction of the manor. It’s form of historical value buildings dating back to the XVIII century located into a wonderful park near the city of Venice. The main construction is the manor that after a recent restoration, completed in accordance with the eco-sustainability rules, today hold offices and management activities. The barchessa building, the oldest of the convent complex, has been restored maintaining the typological characteristics of the property but turned it into an open-space adapted to receive management activities. The complex has two new construction that are developed on two floors for 591 square meters.
