The area surrounding the proposed student residence is located in a favorable position to reach the main cultural attractions, the city of Venice and services.
The project proposes a particular solution to use the spaces organized in two kind of building. One high, compact, three levels building with rooms and services for students and an only level building with a roof garden that is part in the context of the green areas, outdoor sports areas, that hold study areas, gym, small library, restaurant, office management and storage / laundry room.
The rooms are of different sizes, they can be easily transformed from single to double, all rooms have natural ventilation as arranged along the sides and perimeter through two central patios.
